Fishing in Lake Pflugerville

I love to fish, I could sit/stand there all day and just fish.  I am making it a goal to get to Lake Pflugerville to fish.  Now, Lake Pflugerville is of course located in Pflugerville, Tx which is between Austin and Round Rock.  The lake is 180 acres and is actually a community drinking water reservoir with a granite walking trail completely around it,  It is the city’s plan to add more picnic areas, a boat launch, fishing piers, picnic tables and more.  Texas Parks and Wildlife stocked Lake Pflugerville with many variations of fish – bass, sunfish, perch and crappie.

Many events occur at Lake Pflugerville like sailboarding, runs for Charities, Kid’s fish off and other sporting events to come.  The other think I like about this area is that a real nice community called Villages of Hidden Lake is edged up to this park. I think living there would distract me from working because I would want to be fishing
