Buttercup Creek was the only masterplanned community in Cedar Park in 1989. Since then, we have Westside at Buttercup Creek, The Preserve at Buttercup Creek, Bella Vista, Deer Creek Ranch, The Reserve at Twin Creeks, Twin Creeks, and many, many more beautiful neighborhoods.
Just keeping up with the new schools has been a full time job. Even today, there are new retail and commercial developments ongoing.
It has been exciting to live and sell houses in Cedar Park and now it is very enjoyable to have everything one needs close to home. Lakeline Mall, Cedar Park Regional Hospital, Cedar Park Event Center (under construction), just to name a small few of Cedar Park’s amenities makes it very convenient to never have to travel more than 10-15 minutes to have everything one needs.
