Teravista Round Rock

Teravista is one of Round Rock Texas premier golf course communities with so much to offer. The homes are truly majestic and built with great combinations of stone and brick. The lots are good sized with great landscaping throughout, and good number of these Teravista homes will be right on the golf course or have a view of the course from either front or back of the home. If you are a golfer and need to have easy access to the toll roads and are considering Round Rock this community is a must see.
Teravista also has a number of amenities besides golf including, a soccer field and a small lake! There is also a residents club that has an awesome pool and grill area. Upon entering this community you will see large stately homes on large lots with beautiful views of the golf course. Forest Creek is a convenient north central location with easy access to major toll roads and major shopping. Within a few miles of Forest Creek you will find a HEB Plus, Super Wal-mart, and many other stores for your convenience. There is even a new Salt Lick BBQ, on 79 right next to the Dell Diamond!
If you are considering golf course communities on the north side of Austin, Forest Creek should be worth a gander. With a decent amount of homes on the market in Forest Creek you are sure to find what you are looking for. There are resale homes dating back to 1993 all the way up to new construction. In Forest Creek the main feature is obviously the golf course, so a good majority of Forest Creek Homes will be on the golf course or have great views of the course. As I was driving through Crystal Falls yesterday it truly was a pleasurable experience. The views were absolutely breathtaking. Crystal Falls has several streets that wind and meander through gorgeous hill country with brand new homes for sale that overlook cliffs and quarries ready to give their future owners much enjoyment for years to come. Crystal Falls Homes have wonderful upgrades and luxuries to satisfy even the most pampered of tastes. Crystal Falls developers have really done a fantastic job in creating an environment that is one with nature. Enclave at Shady Hollow
Posted by: | CommentsShady Hollow of southwest Austin, TX has a spot for everyone’s tastes regarding home choices. Whatever you may be looking for in your next dream home is sure to be found in Shady Hollow. As you enter the community from Brodie, heading south from slaughter, you’ll see very large and heavily treed home sites. This part of Shady Hollow Real Estate was established in the early 80′s and is truly a classic. If you are looking for a newer or a new home then there are a few more options just a little further south down Brodie. Just passed the fire station on the left you will see The Enclave at Shady Hollow. Primarily a Ryland built community established in the late 90′s. The lots in this area will typically average around 1/4 to 1/3 acres, and will have several mature trees giving you some privacy from your neighbors. Many of these homes feature 3 and even 4 car garages and range from 1500 to well over 4000 square feet.
Children of the community go to Baranoff, Bailey, and Bowie Schools. Posted by: | CommentsFor all you cycling and rollerblading enthusiasts, the Veloway of Austin’s Circle C Ranch Real Estate offers a great opportunity to ride. Located in Circle C Ranch and exclusively for non motorized traffic, the track is over 3 miles long and 23 feet wide of paved asphalt lined with rolling hill country views of Southwest Austin! The parks access is about 1 mile south of Slaughter off Lacrosse just east of Mopac, or if it is after school hours you can access from Bowie High School on Slaughter. You can ride as much or little as you want in between dawn and dusk daily. In accordance with city ordinance helmets must be worn when riding, and dogs, walkers, and joggers are not allowed. Every once in a while the Veloway will be closed for special events. If such an event happens a ten day notice will be posted at the entrance.
