Homes in Pflugerville TX

Pflugerville TX is about 15 miles North of Austin TX, and has been around for about as long as the City of Austin. Austin was founded in 1836, and the City of Pflugerville was founded in 1860. It is a small quaint City with a great school district. In 2007 they had 6 schools that were regonized in their district alone. Parents want a great place to live, without sacrificing their children’s education. One of the things that I visit Pflugerville often for is the Tinseltown Movie Theater. My husband swears by their chili cheese nachos! You can live in the City for as little as $107.

Wildhorse Creek is one of several Lennar of Texas Homes subdivisions that are in the City of Manor. The community is located just minutes south of 290 from downtown Manor, which has several dining places if you feel like a night out on the town. At this time they do not have an amenity center, but they are 5 minutes from a gorgeous Metropolitan Park. Are we in a buyers market?

When the housing market was at it’s height, everyone was on the band wagon to buy a  home , and thought were are in a buyers market. Well that wasn’t really a true buyer’s market, now is the perfect environment for that storm. It is the grandest theory of supply and demand. You buy when the market is low, and sell when the market is up. The recession is scary for some looking to buy a home, but it can be the greatest investment yet. We are experiences the best of both worlds. Low interest rates on top of competitive sellers, and on top of that the government is trying to entice buyers with a $8,000 Tax Credit for 1st time home buyers. They are also offering $6,500 for current home owners looking to move up into another home.  Feel free to  contact Angela Ellegan for Buying in the Austin Market.
