OPEN HOUSES TODAY-AREAS 8W & 6

Good morning. Today I have two great houses that will be open from 1:00-4:00pm, if you are looking for a home in Austin, Texas. You might try taking a nice swim in the very cool Stacey Pool located in the middle of the Travis Heights neighborhood. This area of craftsman homes built in the late 1800s-1950s is located just south of the Colorado River and downtown Austin. Stacey Park is a beautiful park shaded by ancient oak trees and runs for several blocks thru the middle of Travis Heights. Stacey pool is open year round and is free to the public! Bring the kids and come cool off. There are lifeguards on duty and it is a great community pool. The park also features a jogging/walking trail, picnic areas, and a playground. There is a natural creek that runs thru the park. It is a great place to enjoy the summer. This area is located off of Parmer Lane just west of Mopac. We will have a number of homes open from 1-4pm so that buyers can conveniently view a lot of homes for sale that will all be open at the same time. My listing 4601 Bridlewood is a stunning 3 bedroom 2 bath on a great tree shaded lot. With upgrades and features such as recent roof, carpet, paint, travertine, hardwoods, granite, roof, siding, really too many features to name. Travis Heights Open House Tour
Posted by: | CommentsOn Sunday July 18th, 2010 from 1:00-4:00pm there will be an open house tour of about 15 homes for sale in the Travis Heights neighborhood in Austin, Texas. Travis Heights is a lovely tree shaded neighborhood that features primarily craftsman homes built from the late 1800′s- 1940′s. Stacey Park is a large park that features a walking trail, springfed pool, playscape, picnic areas and a creek that runs the lenghth of the Travis Heights neighborhood. I am organizing this tour myself so that the public will have the opportunity to view some beautiful homes that will all be conveniently open at the same time. My listing 500 East Mary will be one of the homes featured for sale. It is a stunning remodel located on a large lot on a quiet private street that deadends in to Stacey Park. This home exemplifies the type of vintage architecture that is found in this neighborhood.
